1. Description of Service
Qwoca is an AI-powered job application management platform that helps users track applications, tailor CVs and cover letters, practise interviews, and manage their job search. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
2. Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission

4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including CVs, cover letters, application data, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and suggest content such as tailored CVs, cover letters, interview responses, and email drafts. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before using it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
6. No Employment Guarantee
Qwoca is a tool to help you manage and improve your job search. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Job fit percentages, interview chance estimates, and similar metrics are AI-generated approximations and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments.
7. Pricing and Payment
Qwoca offers free and paid tiers. Pricing details are displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwoca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Governing Law
